I would hope he is not ping ponging them on purpose, But then again you never know.

It’s best Ferrari doesn’t plan a strategy, that’s right. Then at least they can’t mess it up. But they’re sure to find someone at Ferrari who will take the wrong tires from the warehouse

I don’t know, I’m not sure on that rule but I think that could be a monetary fine
I don’t know 100% either. On TV they were talking about a grid penalty. But that is invalid because the penalty is a personal penalty? And if he doesn’t race, his replacement won’t get one, will he?
If it’s a team penalty then the replacement will get the penalty, if it’s a personal one then I would guess the replacement don’t get one

well, if he does not race he will not wreck his car this weekend 
he is not being replaced by another driver, that is because the qualifying has already been and that is the last chance to replace a driver during the weekend
