Maybe it doesn’t interest you at all but i wonder what you think about Formule E. I watched that race in Monaco and with that attack mode they have there. With the wet conditions it was like they changed a F2 car into a F1. Not normal how much faster they were and overtook everyone. And that in Monaco. Must have had the most overtakes on that circuit in history.
Yeah it can be quite cool. But with that artificial aids it sometimes feels a bit like Mario Kart
You could say that yes. I found it ridiculous to be honest. Every former teammate from Max would lap him if they had that attack mode and he didn’t.
i sometimes watch it, but to be honest… i miss the sound
Unfortunately, Formula E disappears under our media radar, so I rarely watch the races. I also had to get used to the buzzing of the electric motors.
I also wonder what they will do in F1 with the DRS. I like the push to pass in Indy more because the driver has to decide himself when he uses those 200 seconds of overtake.
Aren’t there plans to get rid of it completely with the new cars coming?
That was the intention.
I’m not in the subject (Indycar). Maybe you can make that clearer. Does that mean it’s about the budget issue? And that’s why they’re not allowed to carry out major updates to their cars?
they allready have an overtake button which they can use to overtake or defend, but it is limited in it’s use per race
I know and they can also use some from the battery but i just like the idea more from Indy. The driver has only those 200 seconds for the whole race. More challenging for a driver i would say. But i think with more manufacturers it’s not easy to do that in F1.
It’s still on the plan for 2026
Reducing the battery engines so they can get a push-to-pash as a substitute for DRS.

Extreme weather in Miami…
F1 Academy is red flagged 22 minutes ago
so we have to wait what it will be later on this evening
Hopefully will make for an interesting race then especially how quick the track can dry out
I am sorry to say it, but for me personally the Formula E category does not interest me and has no appeal to my sense of excitement at all. That is just me.
if they will send the blowers on track soon enough it might work, yesterday it did after they did their ‘blowjob’
If you don’t follow the races often, I don’t think it’s easy either. Because they have completely different modes, such as “Attak Modis” for more power. And there are more mandatory pit stops to recharge the batteries and so on.
Question for motorsport fans. Is Antonelli the young future of Formula 1? Will we see him as world champion one day?
From Lego.
