i was counting on Ferrari today… but they were nowhere around pole

Were you surprised? I was not. Sadly. Damaged by earlier events. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Although I don’t see how Lando can lose this race, I like to be pleasantly surprised. The gap isn’t big at all between the top six…

The best thing now is that I can observe a race and more or less be guaranteed to get excitement. It does not get boring after five minutes. :slightly_smiling_face:

Certainly hope for a win. Quite soberly I have my doubts.

what has happened to redbull? i haven’t been able to follow much lately.
from dominator to trailing driver

They must have been slow on following up with some updates compared to some of their rivals. I suppose. As strange as that may sound. :slightly_smiling_face:

but mclaren will have worked on their starting scenario. both drivers have never started so well - i emphasise both drivers at the same time

My careful suggestion is that Ferrari may loose on the tactical choices. :slightly_smiling_face:

if nothing extraordinary happens, mclaren will win. in other words, strategy.
only redbull seems to have gone from tyre whisperer to tyre eater

Mclaren generously let Piastri win in Hungary partly because of the constructor championship. Guess it was a noble thing to do. :slightly_smiling_face:

It is a nice thing for the spectators. Secures some excitement. That is a good thing.

for a team like mclaren, it’s good that there are two equally good drivers. that both can be winning drivers. and that’s why i think both drivers will still have a good future in formula 1 :+1:

It also looks like the two of them is able to maintain a healthy relationship that hopefully will not develop into an unhealthy rivalry. Hopefully. :slightly_smiling_face:

As long as it doesn’t develop like it did with Sebastian Vettel and Mark Weber (Redbull) and they wreck each other’s cars, the team can remain relaxed. There are certainly many examples.
Nevertheless, it’s cool for the spectators.
How long have we not seen drivers of equal calibre in one team?

Or for example also the legendary rivalry between Senna and Prost. That was very unhealthy. Very unhealthy. :slightly_smiling_face:

That’s why I say if you’re in this sport, don’t be an egotist or and a scumbag. You’re not going to win many titles.
