Lol, Max off course. He’s doing it over and over again and always gets away with it.

every driver on the grid knows Max will never back down in a duel , common knowledge now , and Lando knew it , it was a brainfreeze manouver by him , if he had kept his racing head on he would of known he had the beating of max in the next 2 laps , probably the worse place on the track to try that manouver , as everyone knows 2 into 1 dont go , im a lando fan but think on this occasion his passion got the better of him , just chose the wrong driver to try that manouver on .in 90%of the manouvers that end in crashes its always the attacker that comes off worse

don’t put any energy into it, John has different glasses and he sees things very differently

Lando hasn’t done anything wrong. He placed himself in the best possible spot for overtaking, the only one at fault was Max. It was that simple.

I never expect Max’s fans to ever admit that he’s a bully driver who doesn’t know how to lose or handle the pressure… “if it’s not me, then it’s not you as well” is his Motto. He’s done it over and over and over again. They even changed the moving into braking area rules because of him. But that’s how Max is, now on the other hand, FIA is to be blamed for allowing him to do so for so many years, always bending the rules in his favour…lol what a surprise…

Sorry, it was Hamilton’s fault…my bad  :upside_down_face:

You can translate it yourself?

As i said, it was Hamilton’s fault… :upside_down_face:

You can translate it yourself?

After such a duel, I immediately think of Michael Schuhmacher, Damon Hill or Alonso and many more. They would never have let a young, up-and-coming driver like Lando past without a problem. Unless he is hyper faster.
Lando will learn from that. That he has to be more patient. Because his time will surely come.

Blaming the victim is never a solution. The real problem is Max and his ultra aggressive and dangerous style of defending. Not even mentioning that’s totally against the rules. FIA let him unpunished for such a long time that he’s not even bothering to apologize at least…

Max was also the one that mainly got the “blame” for the incident. He recevied a 10 second addition in his total race time.

I’m not defending Max.
And I said in a previous post that it would certainly suit a world champion, who currently seems to be unbeatable this season, if he realises that today is not enough. Letting the superior man past. And to achieve a safe second place. That wouldn’t have broken a jag out of his crown.
Only an Airton Senna wouldn’t have let him past without a fight.

That’s exactly my point as well. It was totally unnecessary to do what he did.

A very unsporting and anti fair play attitude.

But again, i blame more FIA than Max.

I think it would have been wiser to let him pass and then try to get the position back next lap with DRS. And even P2 is better than risking DNF by a potential crash.

One will expect him to have learned something thru the years and became a little bit wiser. It looks that is not really the case. He can not accept that another one can be better than him in a certain moment.

Oh to be fair I do not think this is the case. Of course he defends hard. But the harakiri actions he did at the very beginning are no longer there. This was just misjudgement of the situation and the penalty for that is well deserved.
