I don’t think there is an engine problem. They are all on par. Just that Alpine engine is lacking about 15 HP
all the good Mercedes mecanichiens who built the best and fastest engine ever work now in the Red Bull Powertrain Factory, so i don’t think it is the end of RBR

How much horsepower is an F1 engine able to generate in 2024 again? Is it around 800 to 850 or something?

Petrol engine together with MGU-H and MGU-K roughly around 1000 horsepower. Alpine engine a bit less.
