Two weeks ago me and a friend made lasagna. Bolognese AND Napolitano. It was a lot of work but well worth it.

Oh yes! And no funny stuff with cream and so on. Only 3 ingredients. The right meat is most importante.

The problem is: you will always eat tomuch.

usually it is the French who have the habit of putting cream on all sides …

some of them but not in my carbonara. It s a crime !
