Just found a recipe for this. Going to give it a try (using my homemade chorizo) and serve with my homemade dill sourdough bread. My mouth is watering already! (exchanging recipes on a porn site - that’s a new one! LOL)

In Russia, traditionally, the hodgepodge is made from beef, smoked hunting sausages and some other meat / sausages, I use carbonade or smoked ham

We have similiar sausages in Germany. I sometimes also fry bacon and put it in. Gives some nice taste. Basically you can put in whatever you like. It never tastes bad

Just had some nice goulash with fresh mushrooms (Our neighbor collects them in the forest) for lunch. Very tasty
