That’s a lot of infection around those wounds!!
Does not look too bad to me. He had a bandage there for a long time that is why the skin looks that way. The wound itself looks nearly healed to me.

So the way I see it it’s 11:30 at night she at least seems to be in bed but still in her day clothes
