Haha it’s gotta be electricity. I’ve used a pulsating pad for a torn muscle from Futsal before. It must be similar but with conductive material hence the rubber gloves he put on first

Electrotherapy helps well against tension and muscle injuries. I think riding also uses muscles that you didn’t realise you had before.
