It would appear that Evelina whom Harmony trusted robbed Harmony of most of her valuables 2 weeks ago! This is where we first heard of the issue,
So Harmony is Realm sitting for Flora while that issue is being resolved and Flora gets a tan and plays with dolphins.
At least we get to see the Harmonious one and Busya the cat as well.
