I do not want to join the speculation, but I think there have been too many coincidences.
What’s there to suspect?
The girl didn’t want to have sex on camera, simple as that.
Maybe her contract/agreement contains only nudity but no sex.
If that was the case, then they could state that, so we don’t expect much and complain! simple as this.

I have no doubt that you know the rules of VHTV. Cameras can only be switched off in specific cases. This was not.
