my question for now is: Are you going to transfer 300 euros to me today as the start of your repayment as agreed?

The reason Grom is not with you anymore is that there were no dogs allowed in your apartment as far as you told us?
so how can she bring a dog?

I don’t know the laws in Russia
At least in Germany, the following applies: landlords are always allowed to prohibit a dog from visiting if this poses a threat or if damage to the rented property (e.g. scratches on the parquet floor) can be expected based on previous experiences with the a____l. The landlord may not issue a general ban on keeping dogs.
I don’t know if she is in Russia… that is private information and we are not allowed to know that…
But she told me ( us ) that in her contract it was named that no dogs were allowed… the same reason she got kicked out the last appartment she shared with @Yan
There is a difference between keeping a dog in the apartment and having a dog brought by a visitor for a short period of time, I think.
