what i could tell from the ingredients were pickles, poached chicken, boiled carrots, fried mushrooms (with onions) and mayo. there are other ingredients in the olivier salad, including tongue, caviar and eggs

I just translated that to ‘Olivier salad’. I must admit, I have never heard of it before.
To me looks like an Olivier Salad, made only with the traditional(main) ingredients. The ones you mentioned at the end are optional
It is a very common dish made all over the world with a slight difference on the ingredients used

Still looks like an Oliver Salad, but made with fewer ingredients, the basic ones
I think I see a mixture of chicken, mushroom and not sure what the green things are. I wondered about avocado or cucumber (2 very different things, I realise).
Also, not sure about the orange looking ones.
There are pickled cucumbers and boiled carrots (orange ones)
