im going to put this out there today 2ND JULY 2026, i am going all out and will state that England will beat Mexico at the Azteca stadium even with the incredible record Mexico hold at there home stadium . 7 years unbeaten there , Now alot of you are going to think im deluded or lost my marbels (maybe i have) but every record as to end sometime . im not saying England will win the World Cup far from it . But history as proven in all the tournaments sinse 1966 England have at least one game where the whole team actually gel for a match , So far England have been very lucky even the game against Croatia was luck yes they played some good football but the defence was abismal so we cant say the whole team gelled , Dont start bashing me yet!! just incase your caught with your pants down and give me a clear reason to kick you right in the arse ,but if im wrong i will accept the barrage of insults , BUT! If im right each negative response to this comment is going to come back and bite you

SO Portugal play tomorrow 3rd july early hours of the morning . i wonder how the players are feeling not having one of there star players , it will have been exactly 1 year sinse Diogo Jota was killed in an automobile accident along with his brother , so for this one reason only i hope and pray that the players win this match and dedicate it to Diogo and his family,

This topic started out as a place where we make predictions. And then later, we wonder which ones we got right or wrong.
In the meantime, it’s turned into a more serious discussion.
But I’ll tell you this: in the end, the team that wins the final match will be the world champion. No matter what, no matter who it ends up being. Maybe it won’t even be the players themselves who decide that—no matter which country they’re from. Instead, it’ll be a whistle from the referee and his VAR team!
There will be a new or old world champion—that’s for sure!
