Wellā¦i mean, a fetish means that you canāt enjoy life or sexuality without satisfying your fetish desires. A masochist cant be satisfied without being humiliated, a foot fetishist will never reach sexual satisfaction without feet. 
Thatās why I also wouldnāt call myself a foot fetishist and many people who enjoy feet (for me, I admire them as any other part of a female body) or shoes, for whatever reason, are no fetishists.
