I was watching her make those flat breads, and I am intrigued as to how to make them and what they are called. Also what was the filling she put in them? I have tried to google fried Russian flatbreads but nothing like the ones she did comes up. Perhaps Nelly would like to inform us please?

I don’t know what happened, but after the guest boy said something, Nelly suddenly changed and from what I understood from her hand gesture she wanted to him to get out of the house and they left in a hurry, maybe if there is someone who understand Russian, here is the minute.
