As one of my female friends says âmenstrual monsterâ has arrived! She has extreme pain and found that a heating pad on her lower abdomen would help relieve mensural cramps.
As a dad I lived in a house full of estrogen and they all stated about the same time back in the day. I received the rath of not saying the right thing during that time! lol. Yes I learned my lesson(s) lol. I owned a house then (own a condominium now) that had a finished basement (the man cave). I would come home from work, say Hi, change cloths and head straight for the man cave staying out of the line of fire! 
I know it doesnât help to say âhope you feel better soonââŠsoon is as soon as the menstrual monster lets youâŠ
