The question is whether or not the place will be abandoned by the manager? If not the place could certainly continue under new management. And then why not Randolph

There is only one manager in that area, i doubt he’s going to give up this place. I think i remember right that he’s owning the apartments. There were always the same apartments used here for years
We do not know that for sure. The possibility on a long term rent or ownership is high as the apartments of him got re-used many times with different tenants. Similar to Henrys realm62
