Do you mean the Jolly Green Giant?
John, all of those shots are right out of the picture you posted. They are all the same girl. I even posted the original at the very beginning to show you where it came from, but they are all the same girl from the same picture that you posted. I donât know what else to tell you. I didnât change her face, at all, obviously. Look at the original. (You actually canât see her face in the original picture you posted, so I posted the one where I fixed the exposure.)
I know you havenât changed anything, i simply donât like at all what that AI app is doing. Totally unnatural. Even between the pics you posted, there is a quite big difference on her face.
Especially those two pics
I think the up-scaling has interpreted the hair going across her chin as her jawline on her left side of her face, then her right side of her face is being pressed in by what she is resting her head on (her arm or pillow perhaps). So similar to the left side, the real outline has been cut off and given a different shape and made it seem thinner, add to this the angles of the face are too side on for the pose.
I appreciate efforts to make pictures clearer and brighter but I am on the side of not using AI or upscaling. Nothing against having it as a hobby though
I totally agree with you
Youâre right, I didnât change anything, and neither did the app. The only difference in your posted picture and any of what I posted is the exposure. Nothing changed the structure of her face from how she looks in your original. All the pictures are exactly like what you posted. I just cropped it to her face and fixed the exposure.
Look at the before and after video. The darker image is what you posted. The lighter image is with the exposure fixed. The only difference in her face is you can actually see it. They are identical except for the exposure, and thatâs what I used for all the other pictures.
I donât know how else to say it, John. Her face is exactly the same as your original in every picture, except for the exposure.
You can only fix the exposure on photos you have the RAW data image from without altering the actual appearance of the photo. So unless you have the RAW data image the photos are not identical and of course will look different.
Her face is not the same and looks a bit artificial. Nothing against your photo. If you like it that way it is fine. It is not really my thing. Looks very âai-ishâ to me.
This is a bit looser crop of the original John posted. Also a bit looser than the one I used in all the other photos above. Itâs almost identical to one of the pictures I posted. The only thing extra you can see on the right side of this picture is more hair. The left edge of this picture is the boundary of the frame. I couldnât go any further than that. And no AI was used in the production of this picture. Itâs a simple crop done with my file manager.
Thereâs no hair on her chin, it stops before it touches her chin. You can actually see a thin, black space between her chin and her hair. Sheâs not laying on anything on the left side of her face. She raised her head up to look at the camera. Nothing was cut off, nothing is a different shape, nothing is thinner, and the angles of the face are what John posted. Thatâs all I had to work with.
You might also notice she seems to have more makeup on than she normally does. Certainly more than the most recent picture John posted.
But, even if all of that were not true, the app did not change the shape of her face. Itâs exactly identical to what John posted.
