I think that camera 3, according to the floor plan, is for the loggia. The loggia is currently missing from the plan. I’m sure the plan will be revised.
I believe that camera 3 isn’t working yet either.

No, the plan is obviously wrong. According to the plan, you enter the hallway through the front door, turn left into the kitchen, and right into the bathroom.
The plan is reversed.
