I think I’m speaking on behalf of everyone here when I say: we don’t need another near-catastrophe like that—one that came with a warning (which you guys missed because you were talking in the bedroom)—anytime soon. Not to mention: never again, ever…
Or, as my father always used to tell me: engage your brain first… With just a little bit of forethought, this could have been very easily avoided.

You, just like others that won’t leave her alone will probably stop her coming to read the forum and not reply to anyone as other participant’s have done in the past. That or just leave the project because their sick and tired of comments like this.

Просто будьте чуть осторожнее и учитывайте риски. Это успокоит наши нервы и сэкономит ваши деньги на ремонте 
Иногда я рассказываю друзьям истории о VH. Я предпочитаю рассказывать истории, которые заканчиваются словами: «Всё закончилось хорошо». Я не хочу рассказывать истории типа: «Квартира сгорела, я видел это, но ничего не мог сделать. Это было ужасно!»

pourquoi elle laisse son linge sale sur le sol ? elle doit achetez un panier a linge . elle préfère achetez c’est cigarettes . cette fille n’est pas net .et son mec non plus . ça fait trés sale dans la cuisine .

You are beyond welcome young lady. I’ve have always believed in people make their own choices in life. Be they right or wrong and if I agree or not, it’s not for me to judge. Choices can be difficult, trust me, I have had to make some very difficult ones in my life. Some thought they were wrong, but they were the right ones for me at the time. Not to say that they were all OK many years down the road, but it was my choice and as an adult one learns to live with them. I have grow children, I may not agree with their choices at times, but it’s their choice and all I can do is support them as best I can.
