Depends on the action. I seen it happening a lot of times before. Especially for Henry’s apartment

Tristan who hasnt moved from his couch is suddently number 1.
ANd what is the problem?
How could his apartment go from not being in the thumbnails at all to being number 1 in a matter of seconds (with him not moving from his couch) without manipulation?
