I’ve experienced that almost none of my Video Archive Requests result in the video becoming available to view. The requests get automatically closed after 3 days and that’s the end of it. I know that these are worked on by outstanding volunteers but when it’s been over a year since any of my requests have been processed. I’m wondering what I can do to assure I can get to see these amazing moments past the 24 hours look back. How does one volunteer?
I volunteered before but heard nothing if they are not getting saved with the 8th that are there more is needed. I noticed also that some of them don’t get solved now so you don’t know if they got saved or not.

why do i need to get coins to watch archives and i have premium prescription?
You only need coins if you want to download the videos from the archive, not for watching them
Please just click play button in built-in player. Downloading to your PC would cost additional fee in coins.

I put in a couple of requests and sent a DM to Jabbath1987 without response the requests have automatically closed. i don’t know if its just my requests that are ignored for everyones. If this is something people like about this site maybe it needs to be revisited
