Well it is very obvious what that apartment is: Jakar just needed a cheap apartment for his shitty filming and it was never about Dmidina at all. Looking back on Jakars history on VHTV it is hardly imaginable that he cares about people like her nor is he patient enough to give her some time to develop and find her own way to please her audience.
