I’ve got sky, and a few days ago, it was still available, now is gone; good, as we don’t need that rubbish here;

Sky is Russian?

Don’t think so :grin:

I thought so too. But I agree it is crap :joy:

I’m talking about RT news, which was available at British Sky :grin:

Well RT news is even more crap :joy:

Good to see the door won :grinning: -beaten and bruised but proud and victorious! Umm, reminds me of Ukraine!

full agreement on this one :grimacing: :grin:

It is good to see these very brave Russians protesting the war - given the consequences, it would be so easy to stay quiet. Respect to them - they have every reason to be proud like their Ukrainian brothers and sisters. And I don’t want to lose my belief in the Russian people as every personal contact I have had with them has always been positive. They have a great history and culture - they have so often stood with us against historical evils in Europe - they just now need to find their strength to throw off this hideous dictatorship and rejoin the family of Europe.

People all over the world are the same. They want to be safe and live a happy life. They want their c___dren to have an even better life than they had. And yet, we fight. There is room enough for all of us, there is food enough, recources enough. Knowledge and science can solve all our problems. We are exploring space! And yet, we fight. To me it shows that the evolution of our species is not done yet. There is still need of improvement. And it will not come easy. It will hurt. Wars like these, as terrible as they are, are just little signs that we are nothing but a____ls who have a long way to go to reach true civilisation.

All this makes me think of Gandhi. When they asked him what he thought of Western civilisation, he said: “That is a great idea”.

A friend from Moscow is racing toward the border with the Baltics, has been driving all night—no plane tickets left. “We’re trying to get there before the president’s address to the nation,” friend says, referring to widespread rumors that Putin is about to declare martial law.

Video shared on Ukrainian channels of a captured Russian soldier apparently being fed by locals. The post says he burst into tears when he was allowed to video-call his m____r. So many of these troops are just teenagers, with absolutely no clue what this war is really for.

Well, I guess now they will know we are serious. :joy: :muscle:

Russia’s foreign minister lost his mind :rofl:
