thats got to of depleted russias ammunitions and forces drastically , i doubt he as the clout to invade another country anymore , and as retorted to his ever blabbering rhetoric on his nuclear capabilities , and no matter how much of a madman the west think of him , theres is no chance on this earth of him using them , He wants to expand russia not annhilate it , i think now is the time to call putins bluff with an ultimatum retreat or face the full force of the west

Countries like Slovakia and Hungary were warned over two years ago to find alternative sources but they stupidly dug their heels in and now they are going to suffer. Europe has imported vast quantities of liquefied natural gas (LNG) that can be transported via sea tankers — from the United States and other countries, as well as pipeline gas from Norway.
Another nail in the coffin for the EU’s troublemakers of Slovakia’s and Hungary’s Prime Ministers Robert Fico and Viktor Orbán.

So who still believes peace will come , with Trump at the helm . NOT ME for sure , hes no different to putin , power crazy leaders with the oligarchs falling in line behind them .NATO needs to accept the US as an independant ally and omit them from the organisation , then do what they feel best in the interest of the ukeraine, Nato aint scared of russia and they shouldnt be scared of the U,S , they got enough of there own in house issues that need dealing with , JMHO

Trump is vindictive. He and Selenskyj clashed back in 2019 when Trump tried to put pressure on Ukraine to launch an investigation into Joe Biden and his son Hunter, because Hunter Biden was working for a Ukrainian energy company (Burisma) at the time and Trump wanted to construct a scandal out of this as Trump and Biden were direct election campaign opponents. This led to the first impeachment proceedings against Trump.

At the time, Trump withheld almost 400 million dollars in military aid for Ukraine in order to force the investigation against Biden. The money had already been approved by the US Congress, but Trump had it blocked. He has already repeatedly indicated that he could reduce or even end support for Ukraine if he is re-elected. It is possible that the time has now come…

If the EU doesn’t get its act together quickly, things could look very bleak for the future of Europe. Especially when you consider that Russia’s defense spending now accounts for 40% of the national budget. That is 6% of the gross domestic product. Now you might ask yourself what percentage your countries are investing…

everything you say holds wieght , but what everyone is forgetting is none of these super power countries are strong on there own , this was proven when alyevgeny prigozhin director of wagner group and a few armed men nearly toppled putin , All this bulling by russia and usa leadership is having a detrimental effect on world order , that its blinding the world to whats going on right under there noses , and thats China getting stronger and more powerfull , and that is where the real problem will be , i just hope and pray this senseless war is over soon and ukeraine survive and rebuil under the protection of a western allaiance

As for Prigozhin, I had a completely different perception. According to what I read and was reported, Prigozhin had no political support at all. He was just a mercenary leader and not a political actor.
Putin had full control over the security apparatus at the time. The secret services (FSB) and the army were largely behind him.
Prigozhin’s attempted coup seemed improvised and in no way strategically thought through, even if the advance was very exciting.

As far as China is concerned, I think anything is possible. But I now think the same about the Putin regime. In general, the alliance of Russia + China and Russia + North Korea is worrying.

As far as the Ukraine situation is concerned: Every day counts now. I assume that the first results from the EU will come quickly. Everything is at stake.

Faced with a Europe with feet of clay, a Russia with delusions of grandeur and the United States in the hands of a pig with suspenders, China is undoubtedly the one that has all the aces to be the great power that will dominate the world.

As it stands now I’m 110% sure if pootin* were to attack one of the NATO countries in Europe the assclown wouldn’t comply with Article 5 of the treaty.

For those that don’t know what Article 5 is.

" North Atlantic Treaty (NATO) states that an armed attack on one member is considered an attack on all members. This means that all other members must assist the attacked member, including with armed force if necessary."

We may be looking at the last days of NATO. And if that happens the world is at a much greater risk of going down hill!! Assclown has no doubt been an asset of pootin* for at least 10 plus years. He and his lapdog handed pootin* a huge present! The USA can no longer be a trusted partner.

I also think this was a setup. I feel that assclown wasn’t going to let a deal go though without getting HUGE concessions that only benefits the US and Russa with no security for Ukraine. In other words for Ukraine to surrender.

The only thing within the US that could save the day is Republican Lawmakers to stand up to assclown. But I doubt they have the balls! As a mater of fact I think they’ve been nurtured!

Was this all planned by Trump and Vance???
Looks like they did allready know the outcome of the visit from President Zelensky

The US State Department has halted funding for Ukraine’s power grid restoration, NBC News reports.

This was part of a USAID initiative that was reportedly stopped this week, seemingly before the meeting between Zelenskyy and Trump.

USAID had previously invested hundreds of millions of dollars in restoring Ukraine’s power grid after Russian attacks.

A spokesman for the agency stated, “This significantly undermines this administration’s ability to negotiate a ceasefire and sends a signal to Russia that we don’t care about Ukraine or our past investments.”

Three years since Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Canada stands resolute in its commitment to support Ukraine in defending its independence. Our support to Ukraine will endure, for a future founded on lasting peace, justice, and respect for international norms.

Canada began training Ukrainian troops in 2015 through Operation UNIFIER, a military training mission. Canada’s support for Ukraine has continued since Russia’s full-scale invasion in 2022.

  • The CAF (Canadian Armed Forces) has trained over 45,000 (plus) members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

  • The CAF’s mission is to train, professionalize, and build the capacity of the AFU.

  • Training includes advanced courses in combat, such as marksmanship, battlefield medical treatment, and evacuation.

We continue to support Ukraine with funds and equipment without expecting anything in return.

This is what most likely will happen. And probably what Zelensky should do: get China’s support in exchange for the minerals. China, Europe + Turkey and Canada have the power to stop all this
