The leadership of the FSB headquarters arranged an analysis for subordinates from Rostov-on-Don, where an explosion and fire occurred in the border guard building.
According to Baza, FSB authorities remained dissatisfied with the results of the audit following the Sievers Street explosion. It turned out that the staff of the Rostov Border Guard did not always follow clear job descriptions and safety rules. This was probably the cause of the fire and subsequent explosion.
At the moment, one of the versions of the explosion is a fault in the electrical wiring, which led to the explosion of fuels and lubricants.
However, another version is actively being checked - a drone could explode in the border guard building, which was discovered on the territory of the Rostov region shortly before the explosion. When they decided it was a reconnaissance drone, the security services took it and took it to the Border Guard on Sievers Street. There, the security f___es most likely tried to inspect the UAV themselves and, if possible, get a recording from the camera with which it was equipped (be it a personal initiative or an order from the leadership is checked). However, during dismantling, the UAV exploded, after which the fire spread to the warehouse. Three employees who dismantled the drone were k__led.
The explosion at the FSB border guard building in Rostov-on-Don took place on March 16. The building partially collapsed due to the fire.

This upside down decision by the ioc to me is wrong,surely the Russian and Belarusian athletes should be banned.I know it won’t happen but let the Russian and Belarusian athletes publicly condemn Putin and his actions and then maybe.
if they do that then they will not be safe in Russia anymore
