I don’t think Belarus will enter this war directly. At one point it looked like it but no because I think Lukashenko can see everything that’s happening for himself. There are so many dead Russian’s and Putin will lose this war. Also I don’t think the morale of Belarusian troops entering the war would be different to Russian morale. They would have to face an army which has said… Happiness is a warm gun!
I did say getting directly involved which they are not because no troops are involved. But make no mistake, Belarus is involved up to its neck in other areas to help Putin with supply lines and safe passages.

Its chief Yevgeny Prigozhin, known as “Putin’s chef”, has been pictured in recent weeks trying to pressure inmates into signing up for the war.
And now Ukraine’s military has claimed the plastic wristbands are being used to mark out which new conscripts have serious infectious diseases such as HIV and hepatitis C.
The Wagner Group has been mass-recruiting inmates from Russia’s infamous prisons, where d__g use is widespread and diseases often spread through the sharing of dirty needles.
Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence claims that Russia has begun marking these “sick ‘fighters’ with appropriate bracelets on their hands”.
I guess Putin is doing his best to avoid mass mobilisation but it is indeed a dirty way of fighting a war. When these men are captured they will present all kinds of additional problems for Ukrainian f___es.

@iain I think this shows how seriously ill prepared Putin and his criminal cronies were for this. Doing his best to avoid mass mobilisation also shows he could very well be walking on thin ice within Russia. If that were to happen it would cause hysteria and very serious questioning. He can’t keep pinning the blame on his own generals and f___es because all it will take is one of them to turn around and point their finger at him.
Putin’s time in office would be over ( I think it already is ) as they will turn on him! Personally I think it is only a matter of time. Maybe in a few months or a couple of years at most but he will go. Yesterday a senior European judge called for Putin to face a war crimes hearing under similar charges Radovan Karadžić and Ratko Mladić faced which was genocide committed in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

War is such a terrible waste of life. Putin has already said he doesn’t care if it takes 500,000 Russian lives to achieve HIS victory. Yet Ukraine has said, you keep sending them and we will keep k__ling them. When you think about it, Ukraine has nothing to lose compared to Russia. Add the lack of training on top of that. Sending men into a war with little or no training will only result in them being cannon fodder. But it seems as time goes by more and more Russians are finding out they have been lied to all along. Nobody seems to be getting more than a week of training unlike the two months which is supposed to be mandatory… Lies!

A few months ago I added Putin to a list here of some of the most horrible dictators that ever lived which included Hitler. Putin is absolutely worthy of his place in the same category and a category where these individuals should never have existed.
Given what he has now said, he is clearly under pressure and no matter how he spins everything there will come a point where he cannot talk his way out. Talk about believing his own bulls__t, this speaks volumes!
