This is definitely very bad news for Putin. Sending 18 more to join the 16 HIMARS already there will have a devastating impact. I had a feeling they would send more because of how well the Ukrainians used the system up until now but I wasn’t expecting 18 
All those annexed areas are fucked along with the Russian troops stationed there. Apparently Ukraine won’t receive all 18 at once. They will be delivered in batches over the next few months. But one thing is for sure, more Russian deaths… a lot more! Plus more territory being retaken.
Putin will probably be the c___dish school boy bully again by saying ‘I have Nukes and I will use them if you don’t let me have what I want’.
