Wladimir Putin will vier ukrainische Gebiete nun offiziell annektieren und hÀlt eine beispiellose Hassrede. Doch das offenbart lediglich seine SchwÀche.
Das Schmierentheater ist vorbei. Nach der Farce der Scheinreferenden möchte Wladimir Putin die ukrainischen Gebiete Cherson, Donezk, Luhansk und Saporischschja nun offiziell annektieren. Doch bei der groĂen VerkĂŒndung in Moskau herrscht keine Feierstimmung im Kreml wie noch bei der Annexion der Krim im Jahr 2014. Im Gegenteil: Der russische PrĂ€sident blickt in blasse Gesichter, wĂ€hrend er in seiner Rede eine beispiellose Hasstirade gegenĂŒber dem Westen ablĂ€sst.
Das ist beĂ€ngstigend, weil der russische PrĂ€sident jeglichen Bezug zur RealitĂ€t verloren zu haben scheint. Putin versucht zwanghaft, dem Westen die Schuld fĂŒr sein politisches Versagen zu geben. Diese Versuche sind gleichzeitig billig und beschĂ€mend. Eines ist klar: Die Annexionen sind ein Völkerrechtsbruch. NatĂŒrlich gehören die Gebiete, die Russland gerne annektieren wĂŒrde, weiterhin zur Ukraine â unabhĂ€ngig davon, was in Moskau erzĂ€hlt wird. Der Westen darf sich nicht von der aggressiven Rhetorik Putins einschĂŒchtern lassen, die UnterstĂŒtzung fĂŒr die Ukraine darf auf keinen Fall nachlassen. Der russische PrĂ€sident wartet auf ein Zeichen der SchwĂ€che, im Winter oder im FrĂŒhling. Den Gefallen darf Europa dem Kreml-Chef nicht tun.
Annexionen haben keinen Wert
Denn der russische PrĂ€sident ist schwach, getroffene Hunde bellen laut. Die ĂŒberstĂŒrzten Scheinreferenden und die Annexionsversuche sind ein Zeichen dafĂŒr, denn militĂ€risch ist die Lage fĂŒr die russische Armee in der Ukraine gegenwĂ€rtig katastrophal. Die Unterschrift des Kreml-Chefs unter den Annexionen hat deshalb nicht den Wert des Papiers, auf welches sie gedruckt ist. Die Annexionen haben keinen Wert.
