I think that is more hope than fact as it was rush hour, and it is always like that, and now it is relatively moving freely.

If I understand correctly, this photo is just to show what the ring road around Moscow looks like.
More interesting is the blockade, or rather the control, of the ring road by the Guard.
It is also reported that between 7 000 and 10 000 Chechens have been brought into the Guard on suspicion of attempted coup.
Which of all this is true is a big question.

I agree, except that many participants from Russia in here may actually end up being called up to serve Putin’s army and despatched to slaughter more Ukrainians. That is sad for them
If they do, I will have zero sympathy for them as they become the enemy and Orcs.
