Discussion about Russian invasion of Ukraine

I hope he has the cancer and dies soon. He is no better than i picking up a gun going into someone’s home and k__ling them all dead. He is responsible for all the deaths of people so far in Ukraine and even his Russian men so he needs to be held accountable for that just because it’s war or he has the high power that he can get away with it.

che tristezza bastardo putin

Not him to. Must have been Scot.

I wouldn’t take anything the Daily Star says as reliable, they are not known for their news facts.

Agreed but wouldn’t it be nice if this really is true?

des journalistes français ont déjà évoqué le cancer de Poutine , bien avant le début de la guerre.

Am I the only one who feels as if the world has already started to consider Ukraine a loss and has begun to move on? Even in the media, the sense of urgency today seems “lacking.” They all have been focusing on this Blinken…

Yes. You are the only one. But I can only speak for myself and the sentiment I feel in my country. This weekend in all football stadiums there were sympathy activities for the people of Ukrain. Some teams played in Blue-Yellow outfits. The crowds…well it was amazing. And tomorow, monday, is a national day of fundraising to help the people. The refugees, the red cross, the people who stayed behind. This is not over. Far from it. Ukrain will be victorious, the Russian army will retreat, Putin is done. No paseran!

The English Premiership are doing the same big screens sowing the Ukrainian colours & captains wearing a blue & yellow arm band. China are not broadcasting English football this weekend because of it. We know where China’s loyalties are now.

What gave you that idea, is it because you are getting tired of it and projecting your feelings to others?

It would be the best thing that could happen for the Russian people, and those of the Ukraine

For me, the fundraising and everything is good, but what the Ukrainians need is more military support.

True. But that is easier said than done. The risks are huge.

Trust me. I know. The good thing is that the US might be sending jets so Ukrainian pilots can fly them. I hope they do.

For what the world needs to see is military success on the part of Ukraine. Where they push them back some and maybe take back some cities / regions…yes, that is really what is needed.

Tomorow new talks. That is always good. The sanctions on Russia must be hurting. The protests don’t stop. I still am hopeful.

New talks, but Putin has his mind made up.

I am trying to stay optimistic, but …

Yes they are fed state propaganda continuously so why would they think differently? As bad as the US media is at only reporting things they agree with, it has to be on a completely different level in a country like Russia…This was why I thought it was absurd to suspend Milana and Robien for having the opinion they had, that was all they were told.

You have this notion that military help and NATO getting involved will solve all the problems. The whole world would love the solution to be that simple. Make no mistake NATO against Russia military wise would end in a Russian defeat. BUT Putin has a nuclear arsenal at his disposal and sadly ready to press the button. If he does that will be the end of the world as we know it, Yes Russia will be annihilated but so will a lot of the rest of the world. It will require negotiation but as already been proven Putin does not negotiate so we can only hope that his own people remove him from power.
