Discussion about Hamas attack on Israel and conflict (Operation Iron Sword)

Why you don’t start with 2nd of November 1917 when the British decided to create a homeland for the Jewish people in a country were 90% of the people living there were not even Jews ?

That documentary is on many other platforms Seth. Have a look

An excellent summary Lucas.

nope… start from the beginning…

just read it before you shout

and now to show that i am not on either side…

this is what happens in the Al-Nagab prison in Isreal, which in my opinion is also a war crime

Israel has cut off electricity and water to Al-Nagab prison, where Palestinian prisoners are being held

The prison now houses 5,100 Palestinians, including 36 women and 170 c___dren. Prisoners are cut off from communications, media and locked in their cells.

The Committee for Palestinian Prisoners’ Affairs condemned the behaviour of the prison administration. The committee also added that such actions end in prison riots.

That’s what i meant earlier, doing this has no justification in 2023

This is like going back to middle ages

The authors of the Balfour Declaration meant well albeit they were playing ‘big hearted arthur’ with somebody elses land! As I say, assimilation might have been possible if the rule of law had been evenly applied and upheld and existing rights respected.
Also (dare I say it?) we should not forget the deliberate israeli terrorism that effectively pushed the Brits out (bombing of St David’s hotel etc). What goes round…

Witness the chaos now in Moscow in which the application of law enf___ement can be influenced by gangsters and oligarchs. Eventually society ceases to function properly.

Any news in the whole web except Palestinian website?

thats not true. where did u get this from? I would know if something like would happened, it will be all over the news here.

Yes the jewish austrian author was theodor herzl and in 1896 he said the only way jews can escape persecution in europe was for them to create their own homeland in Palestine. Then the next year a zionist conference happened in Basal and he said " At basal i founded the jewish state in five years perhaps and certainly in fifty years everyone will perceive it…They set up funds to promote jewish immigration, companies to buy land there and recruiting Zionist representatives to advocate for their cause with different governments. This what really got the Zionist movement in full swing. No consideration was given to the people already living there.

I suspect that starving civilians IS a war crime BUT Israel (unlike Palestine) declined to sign up to the International Court of Justice.

agree with you, but why you did not give a s__t when the russians took out all the powerplants in Ukraine?

and turned the power from the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant off for Ukraine?

that is another level?
No, it is the same crime as this

Former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett on British Sky News:

– What about the Palestinians in hospitals who are on life support? Including babies in incubators that will have to be turned off because the Israelis cut off the electricity in Gaza?

– Are you serious?! Do you seriously keep asking me questions about the Palestinian peace people? Are you crazy? Don’t you see what’s going on here? We are fighting the Nazis, and peaceful people are not our goal. If someone wants to give them something, let them give it. Do you want to give them a current? Serve it up! But personally, I will not serve light and water to enemies. If someone needs it, okay, but without us.
