Lennie, I didn’t even have to look. Your use of the term ‘gays’, as an example, is prejudicial. Discrimination, prejudice, injustice against any marginalized group is all wrong.
I was reserving my opinion about you because, unlike some others, I had not read a lot of your comments. I believe I now have enough information to offer that opinion.
I believe anyone smart enough to comment on this forum is smart enough to understand what people are saying to them, unless there is a language barrier or translation problem, which is not the case in this situation. I don’t believe that you do not understand what people have tried to explain to you in simple English. I think you simply choose to pretend not to understand, and that is trollish behavior.
In my opinion, you’re just attempting to wind people up, and rile them into making an emotional reply.
This will be the last thing I say to you on this subject. If you choose ignorance, instead of understanding, that’s your loss.
It may also very well be the last thing Ii say to you, at all, since I’m against feeding trolls.

Go back and read my original comment. I never said ‘gay’ related to color. Nowhere, did I say that ‘gay’ had anything to do with color. It was an example of how not to use the plural forms of certain words because they are considered prejudicial and discriminatory, such as the plural forms of gay or black or bisexual or white, etc.

People are going completely overboard these days in being offended by how something is worded it’s just getting completely out of hand and ridiculous.
To use a good old british saying i was brought up to call a spade a spade, now i suppose you will find somehing descrimatory or racial in that?
I will never understand how the word gay or gays became associated with someone who is homosexual.
Back in the good old days when people were normal and not so easily offended the word gay always meant someone who is happy and not any sexual connotation at all…
These days many people seem to want to be offended about anything in fact they seem to go out of their way to be offended by anything which doesn’t suit their narrative.
These days the current vogue it seems is to obliterate any reference to gender.
I was reading this morning in fact even our NHS is obliterating the word women from it vocablury in relation to women and periods. The new in vogue term is “People who b___d”.
Now how b___dy stupid and ridculous is that for gods sake, just don’t know where it will all end.
So lovely to hear people brave enough to say these things in public.

I am a little puzzled as to why this site attracts so many snowflakes now. I don’t recall this a few years back. There are other sites possibly better suited to their predilections.
It would obviate all this off thread winging?

Yes, it’s definitely a problem. The lefty snowflakes are so loud and shout down any common sense as if it’s an attack on them.
Will never understand why snowflakes are classed as “lefty” ?? Why people with left political views are classed as snowflakes?
Because generally, those with leftist political views are the ones that are easily offended by just about everything.

This is the last comment on this (i dont want to get into a massive debate) but by using simple logic, same thing can be said about the people with right political views (in this case far right ones). The problem(in my view) is that the society is evolving (always did an will) and some are still living in the past (denial), and they cant or don`t want to evolve
My last comment as well. I see your point, but when it comes to be you can’t call a woman who is with c___d a “pregnant woman”, they should be referred to as a " birthing person" than I’d rather be stuck in the past and not evolve.

Unfortunately those who shout loudest these days seem to get the most reaction to their silly ideas and thoughts.and mostly not for the good either.
The main one these days is this gender argument which pisses me off, after all there are only two genders these being male and female, always has and always will.
After all this is how the human race procreate and is the basic method for any human existence.
Males will always be males and females always be females, there is no halfway house and never can be however many would like to try using any form of operating procedures to change ones status in life.
To quote a well used saying, and it is not meant to be offensive however it sounds and i apologise in advance for any sensitive souls on here.

No, you misunderstand. I am talking about lefty snowflakes. Appreciate you can get snowflakes that are not lefitsts but I wasn’t talking about those. Specifically, left and snowflake is the bad combination.
