What is the difference between Participant and Guess in terms of their status?
Several times,I have seen participants leave their project as a participant but stay as a guest in the same realms.
E.g; Archi,…
A participant is under contractual obligation with VHTV, but a guest isn’t, all they have to do as far I am aware is to sign a declaration giving their permission to be viewed on the cams and they are over 18. Not 100% sure on the latter part, but I have seen them do it in some parties and maybe @jabbath1987 can confirm or dismiss that?

In the latter days of Kazantip Medea was taking a picture of the new guests passports for record keeping, to prove their age.
I suppose: To be present at maximum time in their apartment (or to be in realm friends), as much as possible naked or in underwear, have sexual releases,
I don’t think there is anything like that in the contract and I think those prompts are more down to the managers.

I agree.
Not only under 18y.o. is forbidden for sure, but also could give the risk this platform will have closed.
The penalty is simple.
No attractive situation (here no nude and no sex ) = no money.

Some places are quite happy with that and operate freely on VHTV for example Candy Red, Hector & Marla and a few more examples over the years.
