I like the way you emphasised the word ‘very’. It’ll be worth keep a close eye on what happens. 
Looks like they are going to big house opening, and I’m not sure whether they’re staying there on a regular basis or just temporarily. And I also haven’t found out who will be tenants and visitors there. Will see;)
