Such a beautiful bird. This reminds me of the days when I kept owls. Mine were Barn Owls though rather than the magnificent European Eagleowl shown here.

Not sure what species that is (possibly a young Scops Owl) but what a delightful little bird.

You’d think he / she could turn its head a full 360 degrees but actually it’s only 270. At 360 degrees, the poor thing would probably kill itself.
