You fail to mention that there is a huge flaw in the payment system on VHTV, which that large group is taking advantage of.
For example, I might decide to pay for a subscription because I’m interested in apartment A. Over the course of the month, I may watch sex scenes in apartment A for a total of 60 minutes over 3 nights. However, because this large group engages in extended group teasing for hours, I may end up watching their cam more often. As a result, the apartment with the big group will receive more money from my subscription than the apartment that initially drew me in (which should be receiving most of the money). Even if I watched the other apartments more, if apartment A leaves, I will leave also as a subscriber. I hope this shows how non logical that paying system is.
If by “working hard” you mean taking advantage of the flawed payment system, then yes, they are working hard. They often bring in friends to play cards or create the impression that something is about to happen. They may also open each other’s apartments or different tabs to get themselves into the thumbnails, increasing their chances of viewers clicking on their apartment. The problem is that these tactics don’t necessarily lead to more overall viewers or subscribers. This might explain why VHTV’s viewership dropped from 14 million to 7 million in two years, while RLC (despite having its own problems, but without this flawed payment system) saw its viewership increase to 15 million
Yes, as seen in the past few months, as their number of apartments grow, they get a bigger and bigger share of the profit. With more profit, they can bring more friends, people. Their group is getting bigger and bigger, they have more people and ressource to sit in big groups in diffrent apartments in underwears or naked and eat subscribers minutes (or money). While they get more and more minutes (money), the other apartments get less and less which eventually have to close. In the last few months, the other apartments keep closing and it will continue if this flawed system continue.
I have no inside information. I have no contact with participants like you do. I am just pointing out the huge flaw in the system, the reasons why it makes 0 sense and its predictable consequences.
Do you have stats or proof that those things bring more subscribers and profit for the site? Subscribers don’t pay more if they watch the apartments more, they pay the same amount. Why an apartment being watched more minutes is rewarded with a higher pay? Where is the logic?
Not really, but changing the way people subscribe will certainly make a difference. Why mixing all the possible types of apartments together and not subscribing for the exact type of apartments everyone wants to watch ? That will be not only fair but will give a chance to real voyeur apartments to last and not compete with professional porn ones or shitty sex shows ones ?
Honestly, if this stupid paying system continue, I don’t see this surviving. When more and more participants realize that playing card with your friend on the couch pays more than actual sexual thing, you ll end up with those apartments mostly.
Well, you’re going into a different conversation now. Don’t you believe that, in reality, they found out long time ago that the sexual thing is only bringing them pocket money and is totally not financially worth filling the internet with porn for pennies ? I’m pretty sure that’s the case
Make different subscription prices for different number of apartments. For example 20$ access to 5 apartments. I guarantee more than half of these copycats apartments will close.
It doesn’t have to be that way, another manager had a lot of apartments and was constantly opening new ones. But the manager ↔ participant relationship was characterized by many “misunderstandings” and the participants ran away from the manager faster than new ones arrived.
As a result, this manager no longer has an apartment in his “core” country and has very few other apartments (it is forbidden to talk about who has which apartments).
Maybe adding a disclaimer for new subscribers would help also:
If you’re subscribing mainly for a specific apartment and want your subscription money to go directly to them, as well as support their survival within the payment system, you should click on that apartment and let it run in the background while you do other things, or even while you’re away from home.
Additionally, avoid watching large group sessions live as 98% of the time they are just teasing and lead to nothing. Instead, wait until the session is over, then fast-forward to see if anything interesting happened.
The ‘fight’ has been going on forever, some see VHTV as a voyeur site. Others see it as a scripted adult site where everything the (forum) users want is done.
Some think VHTV can replace sites like CB, Pornhub or similar with its (sorry) mediocre cameras.
If I want 4K cameras, I might go to the sites above. Fortunately, you often can’t even read what’s written on the note on the table.
If you want to keep the flat you love so much, you can donate and hope that the participants and not just the manager get the money.
You must be aware that the manager gets paid first and decides what the participants get.
Believe me, every manager sees it differently. From strange fixed salaries to incomprehensible deductions and penalties and free months where the participants can/must first pay off any setup fees.
None of those sites have a flawed paying system like this one. If I as a viewers is willing to pay only for a certain cam like on CB for example, my money will only go to that cam. It wont go to another cam even if I watched their show for longer time.
As i know you’re not really naive, i can not stop to wonder what made you naming only “another manager” in a negative note so often and not the other two main ones as well ? We both know that, in fact, there is very little (if none) difference between them
