There must be something behind it, it does not transfer me to be a bad person, I am outraged by his decision but I think he is having a very bad time, he is aware that what is happening is not right. As usually happens, we need to know many things that we surely do not know.
You don’t need a victim report to press criminal charges against a r____t. A crime is a crime regardless of the victims will to seek justice. It’s not just the victim who is a victim, but the state too who is a victim.

@VHTV_CEO You now have seen the outrage from the viewers. I have not seen many messages of support if in fact if there have been any. You have admitted that it was a personal decision to have business as usual. I urge you to reconsider your decision and to do the right thing by permanently shutting down this apartment. You would satisfy a lot of angry viewers.

If you have any so-called “respect” for the community then why don’t you man up, be transparent with everyone and just admit that it’s a financial solution instead of coming with a bunch of excuses that stems from angles that provides little to no sense whatsoever?
Because you’re not convincing anyone here that it’s not about money and that you’re losing income by keeping them in. A similar episode happened in the past as @jabbath1987 mentioned but they were kicked out right away and as it turns out it wasn’t as much of a popular apartment as this one, which has been attracting a lot of viewers lately.
I really do have the feeling you’re just waiting for the storm to pass with the hopes that people will calm down and return to their usual voyeurism activities.
Also you said that you respect the community and accept the critical punishment that comes from your decision, however you tend to exhibit such a condescending behaviour in some of the replies you’ve posted which leads me to believe that you’re belittling the whole situation.
Anyway, you’ve made your decision and we have to accept it. My message is quite harsh but really I just hope you’ll be retaining some of the feedback and take it into consideration and that you are genuine in your repentance.
So why not go to the police with the girl where she can make a statement against the r____ts? You have video evidence for that…

But, it’s not really your place to make that choice. The Russian governement didn’t put you in charge of deciding whether or not a crime should be investigated or not. You are making yourself the judge in this matter, but it’s not your call to make. You have a vested intrerest in not reporting this crime. You are actively covering up a crime and the reason is because you fear what the Russian authorities will do.

Because tenants said “hey i didn’t know she was totally wasted and inconscient and saying NO many times … She just had said hours ago that she wanted an orgy with us, nice guys. we promise we won’t r__e anyone else on cams. Are we forgiven? For managers it’s ok, they like us and the money they earn with our apartment so they don’t bother with it”
What if the victim doesn’t see herself as a victim? Do I need to convince her that she’s the victim? Do you think that’s the right way?
