I realise that the Russian culture and laws are different to many countries when it comes to r__e. What I did not realise is what a coward you are and how you somehow think you are above the law. You decided on watching a scene that it was perfectly alright to let the tenants come back on YOUR project. It is of course money for you. You are nothing more than a moral coward and a d______e to women all over the world who undergo r__e and violence. It is because of people like you that this type of thing will carry on. I almost had respect at what you wrote before but after this I have come to the conclusion that it was all BS. Banning of a_____l and please don’t do it again is your punishment for something that in most modern societies people who are convicted of r__e spend the rest of their natural life in jail. I don’t know how you s___p at night after witnessing something horrific and deciding, hey not so bad. I could write a lot more but you think you are obviously better than everyone and have no use for anybody else opinion.

I have two more things:
- Are you still in contact with the guest girl? Can you make sure she is alright? Often victims of r__e get serious problems in life only after a long time. As you said you feel responsible this girl should get all the support she needs. And you should make sure that this is the case.
- You should train your support better on that cases. I won’t say in public here who was on duty yesterday night but I I am sure you can find out. Saying they are following a protocol and giving standard answers in such a case is simply not the way to do it. The right way would be to shut the realm offline until HR can decide what will happen. And right an answer accordingly to that. And not clean the timeline and switch realm back online. Furthermore I think the person on dutey yesterday night also had some problems with understanding English and / or realizing the seriousness of the situation.
Because you know it was the wrong decision.
I was talking about the audio which was said happened before the r__e. Where it was said she gave consent. But you are right a video would be even better.
It was a very straight forward decison in my opinion, but you were too gutless to act on it, again, shame on you!

The only thing VHTV should be saying is that this event has been reported to the proper authorities for further investigation. His feelings about the Russian police are beside the point. As per VHTV decision not to report to authorities, I can understand it since they are much better aware of the laws there. My wife works in UN Human right field and did a stint in Russia when they brought in the controversial domestic violence laws. From what I heard from her earlier, the guys will get away without any punishment easily. It’s the girl who will go through a harassment process and will not again anything. Though I understand people frustration regarding it, laws in every country is different and you have to take decisions based on it.

Last question for me on that: Why the decision to not hand them over to authorities and get them “educated” by them? I mean there was clear video evidence even a Russian court can’t ignore…
That is what I would have done in Germany when I was manager of them…

According to Russian law, the r__e of an adult can only be reported by the victim. If the girl doesn’t admit to r__e, my statements mean nothing.
