If it was broadcasting real r__e. If it was that, I never saw it but if it was I don’t think the authorities would be too amused.
That is why it got removed and participants will face consequences for that. Last place where a r__e happened got kicked out and never returned.
If there are claims against us by the authorities, this will be a class for lawyers. Here, in the forum, we are unlikely to come to the point where the site will be shut down.

I can understand the concern of the rest users. I have the same concern the site is full of appartments that the residents are all day on a couch watching tv playing games etc but theres no compare with the last night incident. Site should improve selection of resindents and be strict with those situations like last night

You also make good points and I also prefer some things to remain fantasy, rather than reality and it was the same when my Wife was alive. I think, especially when it comes to sexual acts, some times things are better in ones head, than to actually carry out and can turn out to disappoint. I suppose it is a bit like reading a book and letting ones imagination run away with itself and then seeing the film…it is never the same. I also see your point with it being a turn on, leading to something else and adding to it. I find it fun to watch porn together and to “follow” the film and do exactly what they are doing. if can be fun, exciting and funny. Although I prefer “real” amateur porn, as nothing turns me off more than acting and doing it for the money, rather than the enjoyment. But I see we are on the same page with the mobile watching. It just seems to me like a substitute for getting turned on, because the person you are with is not doing it for them. It just seems insulting and a real turn off, rather than a turn on and a compliment, of some sort and I would be right behind you on the closet window point :0)

Because we don’t give out rooms. This is not our area of responsibility. The franchisees, and often the participants themselves, are in charge of that. They’re free to do whatever they want. Maybe Cooper’s girlfriend wants to stay with Cooper.

Things are changing, but not exactly the way you imagine it here. First people got freedom, and now they are learning to use it. Unfortunately, this joy is only available to residents of Europe and the USA. And I don’t think it will come to bailiffs and written agreements.

I personally think we need alittle bit of everything. Variation. Therefore I think it is sad when a party-apartment like this one get shut down, because there is not so many of them. I really hope the managers will continue to try and find some party loving people that aren’t aggressive or violent. The easiest way out for the managers of course is to play it safe next time, and go for relatively calm and boring people, but that would be a huge loss for the project.
I don’t know how you approach it, or what is the best way to handle that sort of conflict of interest, but maybe it can be part of the dialogue between you and the managers.
