Very strange! No communication on an apartment under surveillance by CEO VHTV. I think it’s a lack of respect for VH customers. Even the “madonna” of the site (you will have recognized him) does not say a word.
Why has no reason been given as to why this apartment is off-line like the other apartments that are off-line?
Personally have no idea. May be someone from @support team will be able to clarify the reason.

The issue is we have got contradictory explanations: we were said offline reason is landlord visit, but we only heard there should be tenants change, so we weren’t ready whether they are going online with same people. Now we have clarification: Cooper and Charlize won’t be participants of the place anymore. Place will be back online with their friend and his GF as tenants
