you obviously don’t know anything about sexual offence cases, the key here is consent , if the parties agreed to have sex or not, so if the girl tells the authorities that she had prior agreement with the accused, there is no way for the authorities to prove it otherwise.
The case is only closed because the evidence of a crime was not reported to the authorities. A crime appears to have been committed. If it’s closed it’s because it was not reported. I hope that she finds the courage to report it, but I’m sure that she won’t out of fear of further reprercutions. It can be said that VHTV did nothing to protect her and support her, instead VHTV protected and supported the perpetrators out of their own selfishness to protect themselves.

I think in this case the video evidence is clear. She says no several times, that to me says she is not giving her consent, surely the authoritues can’t ignore that because there was a so called prior agreement.
I hope she does that too, if she agrees with our assessment.
In Russia, they can easily ignore it, simply because the victim will say she is not a victim.

I agree with you. I am just saying it’s up to the girl if she believes she was r__ed and if she wants to report it to the authorities. no one can f___e her to do anything if she doesn’t want to. but I agree that she needs support and counselling.
I think we should give @VHTV_CEO a break now, to sort this out. I like most of the replies we have got from her/him, seems like a reasonable person.
Personally, I would very much like a follow-up on this particular case from @VHTV_CEO, though. A few days from now, and preferably in the “Warning to tenants, violence!” topic, which already sums up all our concerns pretty well.

Because she would have been f___ed to say that she isn’t a victim, but with the right support (not you obviously) she may find the courage to speak up.

There you are making your own judgement without knowing all the facts. we do not know what VHTV may or may not have done.
My conclusion: No matter how the decision is finally made. It has already failed from a Western point of view.
