I didn’t eat at home today) wait until tomorrow then) I like being on your mind)
Oh?! I must admit, I didn’t continue watching until the end so I didn’t find that out for myself. That sounds really nice.
There will be a video in some hours. I still need to optimize some things. The lighting was not as good and the video is grainy. I will fix that and then post it.
Here we go:
Aleks @ Rosy making Banana cheesecakes with chocolate
Banana cheesecakes with chocolate
- Ingredients:
- 400g cottage cheese
- 1 Banana (200g)
- 100g of chocolate chips
- 1 egg
- 100g flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Basil for decoration
-
Peel the banana, place it in a deep bowl or plate, and mash with a fork.
-
Add cottage cheese, sugar, chocolate and vanilla sugar to the banana, mix in the egg. Mix everything with a fork or a blender until it is smooth.
-
Add 50 g of flour to the dough (the rest will be needed for shaping the cheesecakes).
-
Using wet hands, form the dough into a round cheesecake weighing 40-50 g.
-
Roll the cheesecake in flour on all sides (this will help it retain its shape when frying and get an appetizing golden crust).
-
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, place the cheesecakes at some distance from each other. Fry on medium heat on one side for 3-5 minutes, until golden brown.
-
Turn over to the other side and fry for another 4 minutes.
-
Place the finished cheesecakes on a plate lined with paper or a napkin to absorb excess oil.
