Yes, same here. I do agree that Dennis went into the rough side last night with her and she didn’t seem to be into it

Give an apartment to Dennis!!! 
I do think Xavier might be a better choice for Kerri, after last night, albeit that he is from potentially a rival apartment. Having said that it appears from the body language that Kerri is resigned to her fate.

With reference to your wish with Dennis having his own realm that may be problematic with his past relationship with Flora. And the ongoing contractual discussions between two managers with Inga being persona non grata at the present moment in time.
Great to see them hopefully everything is going great with them
