I think Handsdown was speaking more to the unrealistic expectations of some commenters and not how real some appartments may or not be.
If appartments are genuine then there are going to be periods of less activity, that’s real life. But i don’t think this it the topic to discuss such things as this realm is as far from the “scripted” types of realms you are referring to
