Well, I have another crazy theory which I know is very irrational

i have saw that they are advertising when guest is coming from previous sessions. maybe this particular night they didnt advertise it, but i did have see them advertising it. its not a big thing,at least for me,i just felt to mess a bit the scenery 
I donât normally watch this apartment, I just got curious to check it out after I read the comments here, so my comment was exclusively about the last night. It just looked like a regular boring visit, not sure why people concluded that there was going to be a threesome and were disappointed when it did not happen.
