This sadness and astonishment applies to everyone. 
I just saw it while browsing my fav list and was shocked. I don’t understand why something like this happened when they were going so well. 
It’s really sad. 
But there is nothing to do. All we can say to them is;

A very sad day indeed, one of the greatest realms of all time and good, kind people too. I hope they get all the good fortune they deserve

Terrible day - losing Chuck and Chloe and Otto and Lola in one day. Two of the best realms but as others have said, can only thank them for the good times they have shared with us and wish them all the very best for the future.
