They should take cam 4 off the wall go to the balcony and throw it as far as they can 
I was planning to book flight ticket and come there to do it myself since no one is handling this fu*** stupid cameraā¦

Probably, yes. Cable or some loose connector. 1 minute work. After that one week bondage with Chuck and Cloe. Would worth every penny.
These cams are ancient and are known for sound problems. Maybe the manager should just invest 140$ for a new cam there? Fortunately they took it offline now. Sounded like an air raid siren
