That happens when the apartment is offline but Vhtv hasn’t updated the status yet

No, that’s not what i meant.
We get that message when the apartment is offline(for whatever reason), but Vhtv hasn’t updated the status on the list ( is still looking like it is online but in fact, it’s not). It takes some minutes until this is done.
I know this site since many years, reloading the site was the first thing I did. Then I’ve opened a ticket and already got a confirmation about the ticket, but they mentioned no reason in the mail.
Before you all started posting this apartment was down as saying offline for ISP issues. Getting that message doesn’t happened when this is the case.
Yes, it does. The apartment was offline for good minutes before Vhtv updated the list with the current status. All that period of time, if clicking on the apartment, it gives the Oops error message

It happened for some days before here. I guess they just have regular visitors who do not want to be shown on camera
